Sterilisation Filtration PES Mini Filter Cartridge can be customized as an OEM product. Smaller cartridges use highly asymmetric double-layer polyethersulfone membranes for high throughput and low differential pressure. Each cartridge is 100% integrity tested during production. Due to the low protein binding rate of polyethersulfone membranes, they are widely used in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. Smaller cartridges are made with absolute double-layer membranes and have a bacterial removal efficiency of LRV7. Available in pore sizes of 0.1µm; 0.2µm, 0.45µm, filtration areas as low as 500cm^2.
Sterilisation grade filter polyethersulfone cartridges are 100% integrity tested and made from a double layer of hydrophilic, asymmetric polyethersulfone membranes for broad chemical compatibility, high flow rates at low pressure drops, and low extractables. Polyethersulfone is particularly well suited for filtration of products containing substances adsorbed to the media. The low binding properties of polyethersulfone make it ideal for filtration of valuable protein solutions such as vaccines and biologicals. Available in pore sizes of 0.1µm; 0.2µm, 0.45µm, and with a minimum bubble point of 2.2barg. filtration areas as low as 500cm^2. Our Sterilisation Filtration PES Mini Filter Cartridges are durable and come with standardized dimensions.
